Notes

The classification of this star has varied over time. Initially, in Reid & Parker (2006), it was considered a possible symbiotic star. However, subsequent classifications in Reid & Parker (2012) labeled it as a B giant. Another classification in Miszalski et al. (2011) identified the object as an HII region, suggesting a dusty environment based on VMC and SAGE data. The most recent classification in Reid (2014) categorized it as an emission line star.
